In 2015, Joel produced and arranged “No One Ever Tells You” his third album with Seth MacFarlane, which debuted at #1 on the iTunes Jazz Chart. It has been nominated for a 2016 Grammy Award in Best Traditional Pop Album.

Joel appeared in live performances with Seth on the “Today Show” and “Live with Stephen Colbert”, and as part of the concert tour with Seth MacFarlane, conducted the Baltimore Symphony, the Atlanta Symphony, the Ravina Philharmonic and the Count Basie Orchestra at the Hollywood Bowl.

Joel is currently working on new scores for new Shanghai Disneyland and Paris Disneyland theme park attractions, and continues his work writing on “American Dad” which airs on TBS.
